Monday

Tomorrow will be 1 week in to my experiment and so far so good.

but the bad news is, I EAT TOO DAMN MUCH still.

Ive got to stick with my plan the next week but cut down on food in general.

today:
breakfast - bag 1 1/2 cup cheerios

snack - nutrigrain bar

lunch - bit of pasta, mushrooms, sauce, 4 chicken nuggets (i was stretching it)
