new challenge:

alright ive decided to up the stakes because i'm eating really crappy although its cheap.

no food after 8pm - exception - i have a yacht trip to go to this weekend, paid for (not by me :) ) and Im going to get my brothers money's worth.

so may 11th to april 11th (this, i hope will be a habit that sticks, aside from the occasional party this summer) no food or drinks after 8pm. The drinking part I add not for the calories, but for the fact that I keep waking up in the middle of the night, and it'd be great not to do that.

alrighty, here we go

Monday

Tomorrow will be 1 week in to my experiment and so far so good.

but the bad news is, I EAT TOO DAMN MUCH still.

Ive got to stick with my plan the next week but cut down on food in general.

today:
breakfast - bag 1 1/2 cup cheerios

snack - nutrigrain bar

lunch - bit of pasta, mushrooms, sauce, 4 chicken nuggets (i was stretching it)

another day ! 5/8

breakfast was a bagel, tuna, and sauerkraut - weird but oddly good.

2 cups of tea and a 60 cal granola bar for snack

my bro is taking me to lunch cause his job expenses it, then i can eat my packed lunch for dinner or save it for next week

i have wheat thins for the afternoon.

day 4 should be easy peasy.

5/5 day 3

so far so good, today will be tough because i forgot to bring breakfast... and i didn't eat much last night because we went out with friends and Tyler could only afford nachos :-p

but ill be fine, maybe eat my soup for breakfast and stew leonards samples for lunch. i got tons of sleep so i feel better.

i totally saved by not eating out last night and this morning :)

Day 2 5/6

so last night i was successful, i ate dinner at my house when i went home and then had something at tylers a little while later. this experiment is showing me how much i eat =\ i need to chill out with that. that's why weight watchers worked so well for me, because i needed to write everything down.

anyways, this morning I had cash which was dangerous. I went to the grocery store and stayed strong only buying the COLD MEDS I needed. Even though I was way hungry and thirsty.... Really wanted something cold to drink. Right now Im sipping tea from work, and I have another TJs burrito for breakfast, but Im trying to hold off untill at least nine because if not, I'll get hungry too early. For lunch I have some pasta, tuna, and sauerkraut. very random but very good and should fill me up. i might go to stews and eat there again for free, and leave the pasta for around 3 when the hunger pangs usually hit.

i could have easily spent 10 dollars this morning on soda and breakfast :)

Day 1 5/5

Alright... technically I started my resolve mid-day but well count today as day 1.

Breakfast -
TJs vegan burrito - alternative - D&D iced coffee and english muffin - 5$

Lunch-

went to Stew Leonard's with my brother and 'sampled'.
i ended up having
-2 ramekins of soup
-half a rice cake
-like 2 chips
-1/4 piece of bread
-2 mini portabell0 sandwiches

and I had some pasta (rice noodles) that I packed, but I know that I wouldnt have gotten full off of that. Awesome, thats all free (for me) and kinda healthy.

Snacks:

saltines for my nausea (bought yesterday)
tea at work
coffee at work, and 1/2 of the fish i have for tomorrow at like 4pm..

I told my boyfriend about my little challenge and he doesn't think I can do it! We bet a nice dinner out on it... so lets see what happens
